Hannah Spearritt is a former English singer and an actress, who was first seen modeling for Mothercare’s catalog when she was 3 years old. However, Hannah knew she wanted to become a performer and by 12 years old, Spearritt landed a role in the “Annie” production of the Great Yarmouth Amateur Dramatic and Operatic Society. At 16 years old, Hannah Spearritt was then accepted to join the National Youth Music Theatre, where she appeared in several notable productions, such as “Pendragon” from 1994 to 1995, “Tin Pan Ali” in 1996 and “Bugsy Malone” in 1997.
In 1998, Hannah Spearritt had her TV debut on the adaptation of “The Cater Street Hangman,” followed by a gig on the “National Lottery Show” and “Blue Peter.” In 1999, while studying college, Hannah Spearritt auditioned for ‘S Club 7’ and beat over 10,000 hopefuls for a spot in the group. Since then, she took part in UK tours and co-starred on several ‘S Club 7’ TV shows, including “Miami Z,” “L.A. 7,” “Hollywood 7” and “Viva S Club.” The group, along with Hannah Spearritt has won two BRIT awards, among many others. Since she rose to stardom, Hannah has graced the covers of numerous magazines, including spots on FHM’s “Top 100 Sexiest Women” from 2001 to 2004.
In early 2003, Hannah Spearritt co-starred in the ‘S Club’ movie “Seeing Double.” In May 2003, several months after S Club 7 co-member and then-boyfriend Paul Cattermole left the group, the pop group called it quits. After three days from splitting with S Club 7, Hannah Spearritt started filming “Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London,” followed by a role in the horror flick “Seed of Chucky.” Hannah then took a quick break from the limelight and appeared in the BBC sitcom “Blessed.”
In 2005, Hannah Spearritt went back to her roots and performed for the West End musical “Snow! The Musical.” The following year, Spearritt landed her first major role in small screen when she joined the ITV sci-fi series “Primeval.” In 2007, Hannah guest-starred in the TV adaptation of Agatha Christie’s ‘At Bertam’s Hotel,’ which was entitled “Marple” and was seen on ITV1. From 2007 to 2008, Hannah starred in a series of short films entitled “Little Lilly in Chapter 1: Colour Blind,” “Little Lilly in Chapter 2: Fish” and “Little Lilly in Chapter 3: U Turn.” By the end of 2008, Hannah was again featured on FHM’s “Top 100 Sexiest Women.”
